Before receiving the glass, please check the condition of the packaging.
If it is damaged (the plastic is torn, cut, etc.) – DO NOT ACCEPT! In this case, notify the courier with "REFUSAL OF DELIVERY – DAMAGED PACKAGE" and record a damage report with the courier.
If the shipment is accepted but the glass turns out to be damaged inside, immediately create a damage report with the courier and send it to us along with photographic documentation to the e-mail address: sklep@otoszyba.pl
