Complaint
A complaint can be submitted after completing the complaint form along with the prepared photographic documentation. All information should be sent to the e-mail address sklep@otoszyba.pl.
Returns
Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract applies only to individuals. In the case of companies and institutions, only product exchange is possible. The period for withdrawal from the contract is 14 days from the day of receiving the package. A non-damaged, uninstalled glass must be returned to us at your own expense or by using our courier. The cost of glass pickup is 125 Euros.
