GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS
§ 1. Basic Information
The owner of the online store operating at glassto.eu is Paweł Cach, conducting business under the name "PAWEŁ CACH GALICYA DYSTRYBUCJA", with registered office at 37-200 Przeworsk, Rozbórz 392, NIP: 7941577528, REGON: 651433025.

This Terms and Conditions defines the rules for using the online store glassto.eu, in particular:
terms of concluding and executing sales agreements for car glass,
rules for placing orders and withdrawing from the agreement,
complaint procedures and delivery conditions for fragile goods.
§ 2. Definitions
Product – a brand-new car glass or installation accessories offered on the website glassto.eu/
Customer – an individual, company, or institution placing an order.
Consumer – an individual making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
Sales Agreement – a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller concerning the purchase of the Product.
Delivery – a transport service provided by external courier companies. Each shipment is insured.
Order – a statement of intent made by the Customer through the website, confirming the desire to conclude a contract.
SECTION II
PRODUCTS AND THEIR CHARACTERISTICS
§ 3. Characteristics of Car Glass
All glass offered in the Glassto.eu store is brand new and free from physical defects.
Glass belongs to fragile goods and requires special handling during transport and installation.
The Seller recommends selecting glass based on the VIN number to ensure product compatibility with the vehicle.
SECTION III
PLACING AND EXECUTING ORDERS
§ 4. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed:
via the website glassto.eu,
by phone (728 198 358),
via Messenger/WhatsApp.
After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation.
The Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing within 1 business day.
§ 5. Payments
Available payment methods:
PayU, bank transfer before shipping the product.
Invoices or receipts are issued automatically, according to the data provided during the order.
§ 6. Delivery
Each shipment of car glass is insured until the Customer signs for receipt.
The Customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon receipt and, in case of damage, prepare a report with the courier.
Lack of a report may be a reason to reject a complaint for damage during transport.
SECTION IV
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
§ 7. Withdrawal from the Agreement
The Consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the Product.
Return of the Product is at the Customer’s expense.
The Product must be returned in an undamaged condition.
For unmounted, undamaged glass, it must be returned at your own expense or you can use our courier to the address: ul. Boczna Kasprowicza 5, 37-100 Łańcut. Pickup cost for passenger car glass is 199.99 PLN, for truck glass 399.99 PLN.
§ 8. Complaints
Complaints should be reported via message (Messenger/WhatsApp), email sklep@otoszyba.pl, or by phone.
For installed glass, complaints are only considered in case of factory defects reported before installation; after installation, complaints are not accepted.
Transport complaints require a damage report.
A complaint is possible after completing the complaint form with prepared photographic documentation, all information should be sent to email sklep@otoszyba.pl.
SECTION V
PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY
§ 9. Personal Data
The administrator of personal data is Paweł Cach, operating the Glassto.eu store.
Data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
The Customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their data.
SECTION VI
FINAL PROVISIONS
§ 10.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
The Terms and Conditions are available electronically on the website glassto.eu.
The Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of publication.
The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, respecting the acquired rights of Customers.
